07. Can Digiflix be present and film during a burial?
Yes, filming can be conducted at the graveside, or at other locations

location may incur the additional filming charge.

for the family?
Yes. Digiflix create DVD slideshow presentations
for the family that can be shown during the Funeral Service, and
kept as a keepsake for the family afterwards. Relatives of the deceased

No, at this stage there is no cancellation fee, but this may be
reviewed if cancellations become frequent.
12. Will the slideshows work at Chapel X?

with most systems, reducing the risk of computer file/software incompatibility
such as can happen with PowerPoint. A Digiflix slideshow
will play in most DVD players or computers with DVD playback software.

filming?
Yes, there are surcharges that apply for weekend, after-hours, and
public holiday filming. See the pricelist
for exact pricing.

A copy will be kept on file for 3 months to enable efficient delivery
of additional copies. If further copies are required after this
time, please return the orignal copy to Digiflix for duplication.
15. Who can order additional copies of the DVD?
If a family or other associated member rings to order an additional
copy of the DVD, we need to refer them to the funeral director to
order it through them. This ensures that we receive the order via
our customer (the Funeral Director), and consequently can charge
the additional cost through them. It also ensures that only the
person who arranged and paid for the funeral is ordering the copy
(for privacy reasons, Digiflix will not sell additional copies to
anyone else without the clients consent), and the extra copies will
ordinarily get couriered to the Funeral Director directly.
16. How much notice do Digiflix need to
secure the filming of a Funeral Service?
A minimum of 48 hours is preferred. When less notice is given, Digiflix cannot guarantee availability.
